The public school system is a disgrace and many of the private schools aren't much better. Education is not valued here.

What area is not best for raising children at? I am going to be moving in the summer time to that area with my family. But i do not know which area is best for me to live in that is safe. PLease can you respond back and let me know which area is not good to raise my children in. Thank you
